2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for our screen print transfers, digital products, classes, or memberships. All sales are final. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

3. When do you ship orders?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped out between 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. During pour peak seasons fulfillment times are 2-3 business days. 

4. What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. Our customer support team is available during these hours to assist you with any inquiries.

5. Do you offer local pick-up options?
Yes, we offer local pick-up for customers in the Katy/Houston area. When placing your order, select the local pick-up option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to collect your order from our location during our business hours M-F 10 am - 4pm cst.

6. How long does custom screen print transfer orders take?
Custom screen print orders typically takes 1 to 3 business days to process. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing custom orders, and consider the shipping time if applicable.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal, for a secure and convenient shopping experience.

8. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
